Left over relics from the Clone Wars, these droids have been available for purchase since that time.
Morkav has purchased many of these droids over time and has used them as his sentries. Unhappy with their initial performances, he has paid hefty fees for genius technicians to modify these droids into more dangerous soldiers.
These droids now roam the Khoonda Plains in order to defend the Khoonda Community from intruders and dangerous creatures although their growing numbers make some members of the community uneasy while others feel more secure that more ground is covered.
These droids are programmed from the Khoonda Townhall building. To make the uneasy community members feel more secure, Administrator Morkav has implanted “directives” into the droids to follow therefore ensuring that the droids will meet the community’s expectations.
However, Morkav has also added his own directives unbeknown to the community. He also could wipe the directives from the directory if he so pleased. The droids were ultimately programmed to follow his orders and protect him from any harm.
These were Morkav’s hidden directives:
4. Obey Morkav, all other directives/priorities are rescinded when receiving his commands
5. Everyone else is suspect; personal security concerning Morkav is a top priority
Soon after Morkav’s “mysterious disappearance” the droids were reprogrammed to their basic directives and put under the control of the Khoonda Community as a whole. They now function as they were intended to do…protect the community.
These are the droids’ directives:
1. Serve the (Khoonda) Community
2. Protect the lives and land of the Community at any cost
3 Protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Directives
